Missions principales
Vous interviendrez notamment sur les missions suivantes :
Due diligence d'acquisition : analyse de la performance historique et future d'une entreprise cible afin d'identifier les risques pouvant affecter sa valorisation, son prix d'acquisition ou la structuration de la transaction.
Suivi post-acquisition : mise en œuvre du contrat d'acquisition et validation du prix d'acquisition final.
Vendor Assistance : accompagnement du vendeur tout au long du processus de cession, préparation des informations financières, réponses aux demandes des investisseurs et participation aux négociations.
Vendor Due Diligence : préparation d'un rapport d'analyse destiné aux investisseurs potentiels afin d'évaluer les risques et enjeux liés à l'entreprise cible.
Au sein d'une équipe dynamique et internationale, vous serez amené(e) à :
Piloter des missions de due diligence en collaboration avec les Associés.
Coordonner les différentes équipes spécialisées intervenant sur les projets (M&A, évaluation, fiscalité, IT, intégration et séparation).
Gérer les interactions avec les différentes parties prenantes.
Participer au développement des talents et au partage de l'expertise technique.
Contribuer au développement commercial en accompagnant les grands comptes et en développant les expertises sectorielles.
Vous évoluerez dans un environnement favorisant l'apprentissage continu grâce à des programmes de formation et aurez également l'opportunité de contribuer à la vie du cabinet (recrutement, animation de formations, développement commercial, management RH, etc.).
Profil recherché
Diplômé(e) d'une grande école de commerce, d'ingénieurs ou titulaire d'un troisième cycle universitaire.
Au moins 7 ans d'expérience en finance d'entreprise ou analyse financière.
Expérience acquise au sein d'une équipe Transaction Services, Transaction Advisory ou d'un cabinet d'audit international.
Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de rigueur.
Expérience en management et encadrement d'équipe.
Excellent sens du service client.
Motivation à contribuer au développement des activités.
Excellent niveau d'anglais.
La maîtrise courante d'une autre langue constitue un atout.

About the Role As the Robotics 3D Printing Lab Technician, you will own the day-to-day operation of our additive manufacturing lab and help enable rapid hardware iteration across the robotics organization. You’ll manage and maintain a fleet of 3D printers, develop workflows for engineers to submit and track builds, and ensure high-quality prototype parts are delivered quickly and reliably. You will partner closely with mechanical, electrical, and prototype engineering teams to support fast-paced robotics development. Beyond additive manufacturing, you will also contribute as a hands-on prototype technician supporting builds, rework, subsystem integration, and general lab operations across robotic systems. This role is based in San Francisco, CA, and requires in-person presence 5 days a week.
